We hate it when our roots show, but we can’t always get to the salon. Mercifully, Garnier Belle Color Root Touch-Up Kit ($8, at drugstores) keeps us looking “naturally” blonde (or brunette or red). Its double-ended brush grabs hair at the roots, so we can easily apply dye where we need it, when we need it.
