Spotted: Bellair Street
Wearing: Club Monaco dress, Bellogato flats and Marc Jacobs purse.
Why: Because this fashion lovely is leading the fashion pack by breaking out the sweet summer frock version of my favourite item for fall, the bow blouse.

I love the dress, very chic, and she makes it look effortlessly cool by wearing casual metallic ballet flats. This is a great transition piece for fall, as the grey dress will look great with tights and a long cardigan! Tres chic!
