Can’t stop, won’t stop

Shown: Jeanne Beker at the Bratz Diesel afterparty at Atelier.
After a little siesta on day three of Fashion Week, it was time to get going yet again, this time stopping by superswank Atelier on King Street West for fashion maven Jeanne Beker’s birthday party/launch of her new passion-for-fashion Bratz doll, a collaboration with Diesel.
We spotted Kontent Publishing’s Michael King alongside Jeanne’s mum and youngest daughter, as well as Slice’s Liza Fromer, rockin’ a gorge bright-blue mini-dress. After a few Jeannetinis and some scrumptious bites of beef teriyaki, it was off to CiRCA for the Greta Constantine show.
Seated front row, across from our very own fashionable team, were MTV hosts Dan Levy and Jessi Cruickshank, next to eTalk’s Tanya Kim, PR man Kevin Pennant and Holt Renfrew’s Natalie Lecomte. We also spotted Fashion Television’s Mary Kitchen, and PR girls Alexandra Weston and Suzanne Cohon. By the end of the show (our faves were the purple-and-white floor-length jersey dresses), it was time to head upstairs for some Campari cocktails, more mini bites and, of course, some dancing. We chatted with lovely jewellery designer Susie Love, whose latest offerings were seen on the runways earlier in the week at the Lucian Matis show. If it weren’t for some fashionably tired feet, it would be hard to believe the week is almost over.
