I&#039;ve been leading spin classes almost since the invention of the spin bike.  Some of the manufacturers of the equipment do recommend a limit of three classes per week.  Don&#039;t overdo it or you&#039;ll end up like a marathon runner who can&#039;t figure out why his knees are sore.  Getting around the gym is the best thing you&#039;ll ever do for your body.</description>
