We’re in love with Principessa’s Amore scrub

Photography by Katie Ennis
Body scrubs gross me out. The sticky formulations land everywhere except the body parts I’m trying to hit, spewing globs on my shower floor making it slippery and treacherous. But I have a confession: I’m in love with Principessa Amore Afterglow Smoothing Salt Buff ($30, beautymark.ca). Yes, it’s a scrub. And, yes, it still makes a muck of my bathtub. But it’s combination of skin-softening shea butter and detoxifying sea and Epsom salts have won me over. I’m convinced that they’re doing my body good (and that my thighs are getting slimmer as a result). And the smell: like a little slice of heaven.
