Travellin’ light with this Paul Mitchell dryer

Photography by Katie Ennis
I loathe blow-drying my hair. It’s a tedious task yet, for my thin and fine blonde strands, a must-do, especially when I travel and want to look cute at meetings and events. So while the 1300-watt Paul Mitchell Express Ion Dry Travel ($150, paulmitchell.com) doesn’t eliminate my hair’s need for heat styling, it sure does make the end result frizz-free. I’m also quite taken with its three heat options as well as by its lightweight, petite size–complete with a fold-up handle–that slips right into my carry-on.
