We love NARS’ Soft Touch Shadow Pencil in Celebrate ($28 at NARS counters) because it acts as a bright, summery base to other shadows, or alone as the perfect tool to create a neon eye. François Nars said green accents are his favourite for spring and, frankly, we have to agree.

CoverGirl’s NatureLuxe Silk Foundation ($16 at drug stores) was designed with the direction of Pat McGrath, CoverGirl’s Global Creative Design Director, who opted for naturals in replacement of some synthetics, and an SPF 10 for good measure.
