Rather than sign a famous face to front Sebastian Professional’s glossy-hair-making Flaunt line, the brand recruited Kerin Rose, a professional Bedazzler whose rhinestone-smothered sunglasses have earned her orders from stylists for Lady Gaga and Rihanna. At the launch, backstage hair whizzes including Thomas Dunkin—who skipped Fall 2012 fashion week to tour with Michelle Williams for My Week With Marilyn—unveiled new additions to the collection such as Trilliance Shine Shampoo ($16) and Shine Crafter Moldable Wax (shown, $19, sebastianprofessional.com), both of which get their shimmer power from rock crystal extract.
