Winnipeg: Tell me about it, stud

Balmain, Kenzo and Dior are among the many fashion designers who have been playing with studs and beading this season. Bags, shoes, jackets and jeans have all been revamped with this heavy metal look, transforming sweet and demure into strong and bold. Women everywhere seem to have fallen in love with this look, and I am one of them. I’ve been inspired by the genius masterminds of fashion yet again. I ordered a bag of studs from eBay and thrifted a black leather duffle. The result is my new favourite bag and some sore little fingers.
Note: When looking for a bag to stud, make sure the leather is thin enough to pierce little holes in.
