Saskatoon: Bright accents from Designs by Quinn

Saskatoon is filled with so many creative individuals who are seizing the opportunity to showcase their talents in our growing, entrepreneurial city. Quinn Trenouth, a newcomer to the local fashion scene, is breaking in with her line of costume jewellery.
Trenouth, who crafts her vivid pieces for her Designs by Quinn (designsbyquinn.webs.com) line from shell, glass and semi-precious stones strung on cords and chains, has a long history of artistic pursuits—her roster of skills includes writing, singing, acting and painting. The career change feeds a need we understand completely: to have the perfect accessory with every outfit. Trenouth’s love of notice-me accents is reflected in her choice of bold, attention-grabbing hues (think: brilliant blue and lime green). More than simply bringing an outfit together, these pieces steal the show.
Available at Saskatoon Essentials (2410 Richardson Rd., 306-955-0003).
