Channel the philanthropic spirit of Audrey Hepburn, a fan of the iconic Hermès silk scarf, by picking up your own foulard this Thursday at Hermès one-day only charity silk sale (scarves, ties and small leather goods all at half price!) in Toronto to benefit Multiple Sclerosis research at St. Michael’s Hospital. The largest MS clinic in North America treats some 6,000 patients every year and is also the largest clinical trial and research centre in the world. So while charity is said to begin at home, we like it best when it ends up in our closet. May 28, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Metro Toronto Convention Centre, 255 Front St. W., Room 203, Toronto.
