Women in Japan have started a collagen-filled food fad. Yogurts, cocktails and teas enriched with collagen are readily available, despite reports that eating the plumping protein will do nothing for your wrinkles. “There’s no way that eating collagen boosts collagen [in skin],” said Annet King of the International Dermal Institute.
