Swarovski’s Alice in glittering Wonderland
Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland hits theatres today, but the tie-in machine is already in full force. Swarovski launched a Wonderland-themed jewellery collection last week that manages to combine kid-friendly designs with more grown-up pieces. The Red Queen gets a nod with bejewelled hearts and spades; the Mad Hatter with sparkling shears and spools of thread. There’s even a Cheshire Cat pendant. The limited-edition collection of pendants, rings, and bracelets hit all Swarovski stores last week, and will be available until they run out. Or Alice wakes up.
