At the shows
Milan: September 24

By Susie Sheffman
Well here’s something I never thought I’d say: I loved the turquoise eyeshadow at Gucci! There’s something about the way the girls always look at a Gucci show, every single season, without fail. The makeup is super glossy gorgeousness and the hair is always bouncin’ and behavin’. Makes you want to be a Gucci girl. Or at least own the company, because all I can say after tonight’s show is ca-ching ca-ching!! Sitting front row and looking majorly svelte was Rihanna.
Big sigh for my perennial favorite show, Marni, which started my day many espressos ago! Just perfection: Colour combos, fabrics and accessories like you’ve never seen. Can’t wait for my up-close visit to the showroom for some serious drooling!
In between Marni and Gucci, a whole lotta shows and showroom visits where visions of bright multi-coloured sandals and soft slouchy bags are still dancing in my head! Ciao for now!
