It’s always hard to imagine bubble skirts on anyone other than models, but there were a few sweet examples at Bora Aksu‘s fall show, including a pale pink tulle number and another in a rose metallic that also appeared on a pair of trousers. The texture play–ruffles, matte, shine and what appear to be thick cords–gave a futuristic feel, though not always to great success.
