I feel like we have seen this look again and again. In fact, my former roommate has an almost identical ensemble with the necklace to match. Perhaps this is a commentary on our global economy, but it also indicates a certain degree of safety, even in the “counter-culturalist” movements of fashion. I love patterns, but what I am looking for in the seasons to come are patterns that are unusual and one of a kind. They may be harder to accessorize, but a bold, edgy pattern can stand on its own. Something to consider?
