Tell us about your most fun modeling experience so far.
At Chantale Nadeau’s spring showcase. We met agents in hopes of being placed with agencies internationally and I knew that it was of paramount importance that I made a good impression. I wanted those agents to remember Chelsea Coyle. All I remember was stepping out onto the runway and a moment later ending up on my behind. My only choice was to get back up and finish the rest of the runway like it had never happened and I did so, to resounding applause! After my big runway debut I thought that would be the end of it all, although, just recently I found out that I have been placed with agencies outside of Canada. Maybe the fall was a good thing! I undoubtedly stole the show with my runway technique. Overall, it was a fun experience that has led me to amazing opportunities.

You work with Modelresource.ca. Can you tell us a bit more about what you do there?
I contribute to Modelresource.ca’s editorial agenda by liaising with the site’s publisher, Dan Grant, to stay on top of which Canadian models are breaking on the international stage. I also oversee the Modelresource Facebook Group. It’s my little way of giving back to the industry and learning about it in the process.

What’s the last item of clothing you bought?
The last item of clothing that I bought was actually with Brandon Hall from Sutherland Models! We went for a styling makeover on Queen Street and bought oversized t-shirts, cute dresses, and an awesome pair of fringed gladiator sandals! Afterwards I modeled the outfits for all of the agency staff. It was great fun and I really appreciated the help.

What’s the last movie you saw?
I work part time at a movie theatre where I have a fabulous boss who supports me in my modeling career. It also allows me to see my fair share of movies. The most recent one that I saw would have to be Hannah Montana–my sisters took me to go see it.

What’s your dream modelling job?
My dream modelling job would be to appear on the cover of FASHION, because it is every girl’s dream to be on the cover of her favourite magazine!
