Fancy footwork

By Stephanie Trendocher
As a footwear fanatic, I like to step out in style (often resulting in me teetering, not-so-street-appropriate stilettos). But sometimes you just need to keep it casual and carefree like the oh-so-effortless French girls I spotted strutting around on my trip to Paris.
To my delight, See by Chloé, the Parisian-chic label, is marching forward this season following its successful foray into leather handbags. Adding sweet kicks to an already stylish repertoire, the new line ranges from funky suede moccasin high-tops (shown) to sweet ballet flats and colourful jelly sandals. Already established among hipster girls as the go-to label for quirky-chic apparel, there is no doubt when the line debuts in December shoes will be flying off the shelves. Prices start at $190. No word on whether they’ll appear in Canada, but you should be able to pick them up at netaporter.com.
