Vancouver: Getting cozy with Kaia and Me lingerie
I don’t have a new-found obsession with all things muff-related, I swear—it just seems serendipitous that the I Love My Muff products I wrote about recently arrived at my office a week before I heard about the launch of a new Vancouver-based line of lingerie. Satie Shottha of Kaia and Me (kaialingerie.com), a line named for the Sanskrit word for body, started with just scarves and leggings, but’s she’s now expanded her brand to include underwear, chemises, camisoles, shorts, and tunics ($26 to $122), all made from an organic bamboo and cotton blend. I’ve test-driven the boy-shorts, which were soft and comfortable to wear, and featured a super-cute contrasting lace trim.
