THE COCKTAIL Thomasina Collins Blend 1.5 oz. Beefeater gin (a decent quality London dry gin will do), 0.5 oz. limoncello and 1 oz. tangerine or clementine juice. Top with sparkling water. Serve in a tall glass over ice, and garnish with a slice of tangerine.
