After I spotted this bracelet on the wrist of a fashion-editor friend at LG Fashion Week, I had to find out which vintage shop she scoured to find it. Turns out she bought it at fast fashion chain Forever 21 ($17.80, forever21.com)! Sparkly, stylish and a total steal.

    I love forever 21. I used to shop there all the time when i lived in L.A. They have such cool stuff and so reasonable! I love this bracelet, and can’t believe that it’s only $17.80! It could easily be $170!!
