The daily steal: Ballet boot camp class, $10

Dancer and certified fitness instructor Jennifer Nichols (extensionmethod.com) leads you through a one-hour ballet bootcamp that is hard work but fun–a great way to relive the glory of those under-10 ballet-class days. Watching Nichols gracefully lead the class is almost worth the (very reasonable) price of admission. At 99 Sudbury, Toronto  (99sudbury.ca), Fridays, at 6.30 p.m., $10 drop-in fee.

Jennifer is the most amazing instructor ever!! Not only does she lead with enthusiasm and grace, she provides sound feedback in her very gentle manner.
I have also utilized Jennifer’s company, Hit and Run (www.hitandrun.ca), to perform for various events. Hit and Run, led by Jennifer Nichols, is a treasure trove full of pleasant but unexpected surprises. In fact, this woman is full of awe-inspiring, unique and life altering talent… enjoy her!!

I have a week of vacation time next week that I have to take. I’m planning on spending it by going to fitness classes that I’m not teaching myself. I hope I find something to do that’s as fun as that!

Over the last four years, I’ve offered ballet boot camp classes at Urbanfitt depending on demand and taught by Victoria Fodor. People love the variety and the fact it works muscles we didn’t even know we had.
What makes any great class is a great instructor and clearly Jennifer is a special instructor. Congrats for the kudos!
