Living in notoriously rainy Vancouver, I refuse to let dreary weather dampen my mood (or my hair). This see-through bubble umbrella from Urban Outfitters (urbanoutfitters.com) is only $19 and you can pick from 5 colours (if totally clear is a colour). My day is brighter already!
