Matrix Design Pulse Go Big Extra Strong Hold Mousse ($17, 888-422-6879) takes me to Texas heights–should that be my M.O.–and keeps me there. Its formulation is lightweight, perfect for my thin and fine hair and it doesn’t have that gross sticky, goopy after-effect.
