Karl Lagerfeld On The Subject Of Carole Middleton

Who’s the sexiest Middleton? According to Karl Lagerfeld, it’s Carole Middleton. Kate and Pippa’s 57-year-old mother.

In an exclusive interview with Grazia, the Kaiser didn’t hold back (as per usual) and said “I think Carole is very sexy. I think the mother is sexier than both the daughters. There is something full of life about her. For a woman who must be 50 or so, I think she’s great – full of energy.”

As it turns out, he seems to be under the same spell that Kate Middleton has cast upon all of us. He also told Grazia, “Kate Middleton! I love Kate Middleton! She can try anything. For make-up she has no limits!”

While his comments about Kate and Carole may have been glowing, Lagerfeld was recently in hot water for saying he doesn’t like Pippa’s face and suggesting that she only show her back. But in the interview he wanted to clear it all up by saying his quotes were taken out of context and he “didn’t mean that! I only meant I don’t think her make-up is right; she has a roundish face and round eyes and she should pick another make-up for the eyes.”

Soon (fingers crossed), Uncle Karl will learn to think before he speaks.
