If this week were the record, we’d be sure that Kristen Stewart could do no wrong on the red carpet. Her last two appearances at the Twilight Breaking Dawn: Part Two premieres in Los Angeles and London, were a time to show off skin in lacy Zuhair Murad numbers. And yesterday in Madrid, she’s done it again. Beginning with a slightly more covered up look at the photo call early in the day, she returned to skin flaunting by nightfall.
Yesterday morning, instead of showing skin, the young Hollywood starlet wore an illusion dress from London designer, Julien Macdonald. The two-tone navy and white dress has intricate beading along the neckline that gives the appearance of wearing a bib necklace and also of having the perfect hourglass body shape. She kept the look simple with a strappy pair of Jerome Rousseau sandals and a bent nail bracelet. Keeping with the beauty regime of yesterday’s red carpet appearance, she kept her hair in natural messy curls and an almost makeup-less face.
As for the red carpet arrivals in Spain, Kristen Stewart showed off a whole lot of leg in an acid yellow fit to flare dress by Christian Dior. The dress didn’t appear on the Spring 2013 or Couture runway so she may have been lucky enough to have a custom designed dress by Raf Simons that seems to be a variation on the dress worn by Julianne Moore to the Emmys earlier this year. She paired the brightly coloured dress with a pair of geometric heels by Barbara Bui that have an ankle strap. Her hair was the biggest change up of her Twilight press tour looks. Instead of keeping her locks free and curly, she had a small bouffant that went into a messy braid. And again, her makeup was barely there and super natural—a perfect way to compliment the bright dress.
The Twilight press tour comes to a halt tonight night in Belgium, which is also opening night for the movie in North America. There’s only one last red carpet look from Kristen Stewart for this press tour! Tear.
