The British Fashion Awards were held in London last night. Christopher Bailey and Burberry were honoured twice: Bailey for British Designer of the Year and his label for Best Designer Brand. During his speech, Bailey announced that he would be showing the Prorsum collection in London again for the fall shows in February. While we were crossing our fingers for the Canadian talent on the nominees list–Mark Fast for emerging ready-to-wear talent and Todd Lynn for Best Menswear Designer–those awards went to Peter Pilotto and Kim Jones for Dunhill, respectively.
