A cropped knit sweater is an easy way to complete an almost-there outfit and to add an extra layer of warmth—which is especially appealing as temperatures continue to drop. The trick to this trend, seen everywhere from runways to the hallways of our office, is finding the right pieces to pair your with your sweater; after all, no one wants to see bare midriffs in November! There are many ways to mix up this look—we suggest layering over a button-up top and then pairing with flared or printed pants. The Canadian fashion community is joining forces with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada to host the first ever Night Moves party, a classic rock ’n’ roll fest raising funds to fight blood cancers. Tomorrow night (August 24) visit the Niagara Street Café in Toronto with your friends for good tunes, amazing prizes, a great cause and one of our last chances to enjoy the tail end of summer. The silent auction includes more than $1,700 worth of lust-worthy items from the likes of Jenny Bird, LABEL, Lovas by Wesley Badanjak, Cake Beauty and Diesel.
