With Lorenzo Martone and Marc Jacobs officially split, the inevitable rebound rumours have transpired. Apparently, Martone has been seen hanging out (which always means canoodling!) with failed spaceman Lance Bass. That’s one heck of a downgrade – Louis Vuitton to *Nsync. [New York Daily News]

Cult fashion icon and Japanese Vogue fashion director, Anna Dello Russo, will be launching her new fragrance, Beyond, just in time for Christmas. The bottle is in the shape of a golden shoe and to celebrate, the cursor on her website has a trail of pretty golden sparkles.  [ADR]

Just announced: Calvin Klein is bending their own conventions by selecting a single face to represent all three of his brands–Calvin Klein Collection, ck Calvin Klein, and Calvin Klein Jeans. Then again, the new CK girl Lara Stone is just a convention-bending kinda girl. [The Cut]

Details have been released about the swimsuit collection Lorenzo Martone collaborated on with jewellery designer Jules Kim. Dubbed Nycked, it’s got bows, it’s got lace and it’s got sequins. We hope this rumour isn’t true: Marc Jacobs and Lorenzo Martone have reportedly ended their relationship. It’s hard to tell at this point what’s real and what’s not, but both Jacobs and Martone have declined to comment. But they had such a great wedding cake… [The Cut]

Remember when Marc Jacobs and Lorenzo Martone got married in St. Barths? But then they said they didn’t? That it was just an engagement party? Well, guess what? It really was a wedding. Sort of. There’s still paperwork. Martone told Butt magazine:

In the end, we just had an intimate ceremony at a friend’s house with people who were already on the island. Although the official wedding documents won’t be signed till later this year, so legally we’re not married yet.

But we bet you’re wondering, What does Robert Duffy have to say about all this? Duffy took to Twitter to answer what must have been a deluge of questions as to Jacobs’ marital status. Read more »

The reason Rachel Zoe was tweeting from St. Barths all weekend (because we know you’re dying to know): a wedding! Marc Jacobs and his partner, Lorenzo Martone, tied the knot. The reception was hosted by art dealer Larry Gagosian and featured what is likely the world’s only instance of a cake topper depicting a bare-chested man sporting a kilt and a SpongeBob tattoo. Congrats to the happy couple! [Stylexperts, via The Cut]

Update: A rep for Jacobs told US Magazine: “Someone had a party for them, but there was no wedding. They are still engaged.” The cake topper is still awesome, though. [US, via Fashionologie]

Last night, Prada held its first Toronto bash since the party for the opening of the Bloor Street location in 1997. It took the launch of a Prada book to warrant another celebration, and the delay only seemed to heighten the thrill. Devoted followers of fashion’s highest priestess, Miuccia, paid homage by arriving in her black lace sheaths, metal-coated wools, and this season’s studded shirts and shoes. But it wasn’t wall-to-wall Prada: Stacey Kimel, who was squiring around Marc Jacobs’ beau Lorenzo Martone, wore winged Balmain while Martone’s feet glowed in a pair of Louis Vuitton sneakers scribbled with Stephen Sprouse graffiti. Miss J Alexander has written a book revealing that the former model and current ANTM runway coach extraordinaire has a child. Though he isn’t the biological father (his ex-boyfriend is), Miss J still has a strong presence in the child’s life.[ The Cut]

In other Miss J news, the J stands for Jenkins. Oh, and Coco Rocha walks like “her nose is always running,” Claudia Schiffer was a “fladunkasaurus,” and Cathy Horyn walks like her “back hurts.” We really want to read his book now. [NYT]
