Bullseye fans rejoice! Not only is Target coming to Canada, they’re practically sending in the troops! Early this morning at a press conference in Chicago, we learned that the mass retailer has already selected 105 Zellers sites in all 10 provinces, the majority of which will become Target stores. And that’s not just it… over 100 more are to be selected in the coming months. Beginning in early 2013, between 100 and 150 stores will be opening throughout the year.

Target‘s GO International collection will be celebrating it’s 5th anniversary in 2011 by reissuing some of their designer collaboration hits. The 34-piece collection will include dresses from designers like Proenza Schouler, Rodarte, Jonathan Saunders and Thakoon. [Style.com]
Derek Lam will be launching an exclusive capsule collection with eBay. The collection will show during New York Fashion Week in December and fans will be allowed to vote on the looks they would like to see in the final collection. [Vogue]

Looks like we only have to wait three or four more year for a Target: Executives at the company are “exploring opportunities in Canada” and are looking to open 200 stores North of the border starting with six to 10 stores in late 2014 0r 2015. [National Post]
