Alexander Wang for H&M, one of the most anticipated designer collaborations in years finally launched the morning to much (MUCH) fanfare. With shoppers lining up as early as 5 p.m. last night to get the first crack, the collection of high-function performance-wear is surely to be off all Toronto shelves as I type these words. Before the Toronto Eaton Centre H&M location opened its doors at 8 a.m., we hit the street to capture all the best looks of the shoppers waiting it out in line. Echoing the collection’s athleisure aesthetic, we spotted sporty backpacks, sweats and toques, which was no doubt partly practical, given today’s near freezing temps.
