THE LAZY GIRL: VIIA BEAUMANIS’S SIX-WEEK WORKOUT

Accustomed to a lax routine, Viia Beaumanis called in the pros for an inspiring revamp. “This fat-burning circuit is almost exactly the workout that Viia did,” explains certified personal trainer Marty Smits. “As someone progresses, more exercises and harder exercises are chosen. Weights, reps and the amount of cardio are also increased.”
