Who is your style icon and why?
Audrey Hepburn. She is truly iconic, as in perfect. Perfect elegance, class, simplicity, even posture. Her style is something that I would never be able to achieve – it would be too much effort, and would end up looking contrived. All the more reason why her style is iconic; it seemed to come effortlessly from within her.
What’s your favourite item in your closet?
A pair of cherry-red, patent-leather pumps from Steve Madden. They hurt my unfortunately wide feet, so they only come out on very special occasions...for half-hour intervals, but I love them!
What was your favourite childhood outfit?
A grey 49’ers T-shirt that was about five times too big, paired with any available shorts or pants or a skirt...anything that I could pair that T-shirt with, believe me, I did.

Name a current celeb whose style you admire and tell us why.
Rachel Bilson. She rocks the jeans, cardigan, scarf and boots combo as well as she pulls off a beautiful frock. She knows what works on her, and doesn’t go over the top with trends.
What’s a trend you hate?
Any trend that involves showing a whole lot of skin is not for me. I’m more of a layering girl.
Why do you love the shopping/fashion scene in your town?
Guelph has an eclectic downtown. Therefore, you are able to really dress according to your individual style. Not everyone is wearing the L.A. babydoll dress with huge sunglasses; not everyone is completely concerned with labels and trends. It allows for a diverse, beautiful and laid-back fashion scene.
