Kristen Stewart, longtime sufferer of Bitchy Resting Face, keeper of Robert Pattinson’s heart and newfound wearer of booty shorts was at the Chanel Fall 2013 couture show in Paris yesterday. Amongst a star-studded list of celebrity attendees (Rihanna, Michael Pitt, Alexa Chung, Rose Byrne and Baz Luhrmann just to name a few), Kstew managed to dominate the show’s buzz factor, even beating out Riri’s nipples.

Stewart wore a white tweed jacket and bracelets from Chanel’s Resort 2014 collection, black cotton short shorts, black leather fingerless gloves and a new tattoo. Chanel did her makeup as well, which leads us to believe that she’s being courted by the brand. Bye bye Balenciaga? Only time will tell.

Noted for her camera shyness, the Twilight queen rarely gives us more than a single facial expression, and it’s a Bitchy Resting one at that (It’s an affliction). How then, does Kristen Stewart never cease to fascinate? Are we alone in enjoying a 10-look gallery of the actress in the same outfit, in front of the same step-and-repeat, striking the same pose? We think not.

Part of Stewart’s appeal could be the fact that public appearances are rare. Unlike fellow A-lister Rihanna, her private life (drama aside) is a relatively closed book. Part of it could be her hesitance to get all dolled up. Unlike someone like Jennifer Lawrence, you’ll never see her sporting a poofy ballgown. Part of it may be that you just can’t decide whether you love her or hate her, amirite?
