Anyone who actually keeps up with the Kardashians knows about Kim’s fertility struggle to conceive baby number two and to add another young tot to Fashion Week’s front row. Just this past week, Kim shared with the world how “exhausted” she was with trying to have another baby, and create a family like the large one she grew up with.

But last night’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ aired a short clip from the show and announced that little North West will have a front row seat partner after all! The clip shows Kim tell her sister Khloe, “I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!” (Yay, Kim!)

Kim expressed her excitement in an interview with Glamour, telling the magazine that motherhood has really changed her for the better. “I enjoy my family time so much, there is this sense of, if it all went away, and I was just a mom, I would love my life,” she says.

Now, the only questions left unanswered are, what will Kim’s maternity style entail this time around? Will Kim and Kanye name their second child, South West? And will the youngest West sibling share North’s impeccable sense of style? What we can only know for sure is that baby number two will have just as good of genes as he or she does jeans.
