After spending a full day in Luton, Kate Middleton and Prince William continued their Heads Together campaign tour to end mental health stigma yesterday with a visit to YoungMinds UK helpline service. According to a source, the royal couple wanted to get in on the action and be on the front lines to see how things work when people call in to seek help. But like any other volunteers, the Cambridges sat in on a training session before they got to put on headsets to listen in on some calls.

“William and I found it absolutely fascinating, from hearing the case study and also taking the calls,” Kate says to Chief Executive Sarah Brennan. “As a parent and as a mother, having that feeling that there is somebody there that is non-judgemental, that can provide the professional support, and that can really provide helping hand at a really difficult time.”

So what did Kate choose to wear for the occasion? While we were all pretty psyched to see the Duchess recycle an old fave earlier this week, she shook things up by debuting a new wardrobe addition. Opting for a short-sleeved summer dress by L.K. Bennett, Kate topped it off with a nude clutch, a pair of Gianvito Rossi suede pumps and her Kiki McDonough earrings. But before you go and think this dress will also sit very nicely in your own closet, don’t get too excited. As per usual, the dress is already already sold out. Womp womp.

However, we have a feeling it won’t be the last we’ll see of this dress. If her last Canadian tour proves anything, we think this red number will be making an appearance come September 24th. Knowing Kate Middleton, she definitely won’t pass up a chance to don Canadian colours.
