“Get real” is owner Bill Angst’s motto when it comes to his clients’ hair. “So many people are chasing a trend or a fashion and not being themselves,” he says. His space—affectionately coined the anti-salon—offers a laid-back environment filled with old-school barber chairs, and down-to-earth service that focuses on shiny, healthy, tasteful locks.
