For fall, designers at this German fashion house were inspired by everything from the Elizabethan Golden Age and Flemish portraits from the 1600s to the silhouettes of the ’60s. Look for generous volume in coats and jackets, worn over soft, feminine blouses paired with menswear-inspired trousers or lower-waist skinny pants. Go for knitwear in boiled wool or light cashmere, and don’t shy away from rich colours this season: Mahogany, black and ivory offset sapphire, mandarin and turquoise.
