Québécoise designer Mariouche Gagné is Canada’s recycled-fur specialist. This year, the collection has three themes: “Modern,” featuring repurposed wedding gowns mixed with fur and skins in rich grey and marine blue; “Chic,” offering slippers and long gloves in muskrat fur printed to look like leopard; and “Intemporelle,” which encompasses classic pieces like aviator hats, chapkas, earmuffs and handbags. New this year is jewellery crafted from buttons and Christmas ornaments.
