Nadya Toto can’t get enough royal blue for fall. It’s her thing. She kicked off her new collection with a short blue jersey dress, fringed with mini-pompoms. You’ll also see the pompoms on her black jersey cocktail dresses with balloon skirts. She has ruffled blue coats made of boiled wool, and lots of leggings to go under blue empire dresses. Her lace evening skirts are adorned with velvet ribbons and bows, while her draped turtleneck tops are as elegant as ever. The showstopper is an asymmetrical, draped taffeta skirt in burgundy tartan, with a balloon shape at its bottom.
