Kia Waese’s recently and quietly opened boutique stocks artisanal brands as hard to find as they are to spell: Nico Uytterhaegen for slouchy messenger bags, and Maurizio Amadei for the finest leather boots. It’s mostly euro-import quality over quantity, with a narrow, careful selection presented in a gallery-like space. Look for sexy, interesting heels by LD Tuttle.
