Montreal Beauty Reporter: Espace Nomad

You won't be able to decide on just one service from this luxe spa.

What’s the biggest drawback when you’re invited to try a treatment at a newly opened spa? If it happens to be Espace Nomad (3630 St-Laurent Blvd., 514-842-7279, espacenomad.ca), it’s narrowing down your selection to just one. Located high above St-Laurent’s hustle and bustle, this restful retreat is the only spa in Montreal to stock Lunaroma, a line of organic products from Vermont. Book a massage and you can throw in an exfoliating sea salt scrub for an extra $20. The range of exfoliants is huge: Traditionalists will like the lavender or blood orange and tangerine, while the more adventurous will appreciate Vermont maple syrup and nuts, or chocolate and cranberry. I finally decided on what owners Julie Mercier and Marie-Eve D. Gougeon call the Mohito: a divine scrub made up of mint and lime. Along with smooth, soft skin and a knot-free back, I got my citrus fix without the hangover.
