Perhaps the recent Victorian trend on fashion runways was a harbinger of the return of the trousseau to the world of underthings. Modest but regal garments are flying out of Romantique and onto hip young brides, along with Oscar de la Renta’s graceful pyjama line. More playful sorts wanting for a polka-dot or blue leopard-print bra won’t be disappointed here either—the store carries Betsey Johnson and Hanky Panky.
