If fashion truly is a religion, Linda Perisa is Toronto’s high priestess. Devotees die for her all-star designer roster, no first names required: Margiela, Demeulemeester, Owens, McCartney, Ackermann. In her excellent accessories cache, lustrous Lanvin heels and Yves Saint Laurent or Miu Miu bags tempt the limits of credit cards and good sense alike. The luckiest (or flushest) among us never miss a chance to ascend to the second floor of this tony townhouse, where Perisa holds VIP shopping parties and sales that make heaven a little more reachable.
