Gastown shopping got that much better when Amy Renee York opened this spacious boutique in 2007. It’s hard to resist the jewellery wall—a serious magpie magnet—but a stroll around the rest of the store reveals a well-edited, surprisingly affordable selection of clothing by Dolce Vita, Family Affairs by Toujours Toi, Quail, Mociun, Samantha Pleet, Kostym by Cheap Monday, Yokoo, Insight, and other lesser-known-but-amazing brands. York also stocks vintage shoes and purses, and is the unofficial neighbourhood supplier of those great-smelling Sea Monster candles.
