Fashion Notes: FEMME FATALE

This may be only the second collection from ANASTASIA LOMONOVA (anastasialomonova.com), but don’t call the 23-yearold designer a lightweight. Featuring shapes inspired by film noir and the 1940s, the primarily black and grey collection includes a knockout box-pleated satin dress (shown, $200) that is guaranteed to be a heavy hitter this season.
