Glamour shades
On a recent escapade to London Fashion Week, Katie Karvellas, owner of Pink Sugar (1414 Kensington Rd. NW, Suite 105, Calgary, 403-283-1161, pinksugarboutique.com), picked up more than a British accent. She returned with Retrosun, a line of vintage 1970s and ’80s sunglasses by Dior (shown, $375 each), Christian Lacroix, Valentino, Gianfranco Ferré, Gucci and Porsche Carrera. All unworn, the shades were amassed by collectors and still have their original tags attached. P.S. Just kidding about the accent.
