Gravity girl
Albertans have long flocked to the Gravity Pope store in Old Strathcona (10442 Whyte Ave., Edmonton, 780-439-1637, gravitypope.com)—it’s been offering styles both new and noteworthy for almost 20 years. Now owner Louise Dirks has remodelled the original flagship to reflect the more modern aesthetic of her other locations and better showcase her cache of shoe candy. New must-haves include the Marc by Marc Jacobs blue nubuck geometric-heel stiletto, Georgina Goodman booties featuring a print by Erdem Moralioglu, and sky-high Acne platform wedges.
