Massage is meant to stimulate circulation, so it’s no wonder aesthetician Helena Rosenberg’s hands-on approach to the Discovery Facial ($130) leaves skin glowing at its brightest. Using Swiss skin-care brand Valmont, she kneads in a sloughing exfoliator before applying the Renewing Pack—an energizing cream rich in triple dna and rna. “It targets the areas that need repairing,” she says. “That’s where you’ll feel a tingle.” An arm and scalp rub followed by a seemingly infinite yet gentle facial massage, combined with dim lights and a music-free treatment room, means drifting off to sleep is par for the course.
