Guelph: It’s easy being green
To celebrate Earth Day a Guelph company is making shopping green a lot easier. On April 22, online health and beauty shop Well.ca launched their Green & Natural store.
The new website features over 3,000 products that are certified organic, vegan, paraben-free, sulphate-free, gluten-free, biodegradable and made with environmentally friendly packaging.
The Green & Natural store makes it easy to figure out which products are made in Canada or which ones are certified organic, with simple icons and intuitive search functions.
Well.ca is Canada’s largest online health and beauty store, based in downtown Guelph. It’s growing fast, but the friendly company keeps in mind the little details that make e-shopping fun.
Shipping is free anywhere in Canada, there is no minimum purchase, and you can buy your favourite brands no matter where you live. And, my favourite detail, each package delivered comes with a hand-written thank-you note from the staff.
Whether you are looking for toothbrushes made out of recycled yogurt containers, biodegradable and chemical-free facial wipes, or just looking to get your Burt’s Bees fix, Well.ca keeps in mind the things that make a good company great – it’s intuitive, affordable, and always has the customer interests in mind.
